Pyrosequencing® technology in a 24 well format

A 24 well system that comes with a complete software package for the study of CpG methylation and mutation analysis. It can handle several contiguous sites in parallel, quantification of di-, tri-, or tetra-allelic mutations and perform methylation analysis in the presence of SNPs.
