In its current form, the PyroMark KRAS test can be used to genotype mutations in the K-ras gene codons 12 and 13.

In addition, rare mutations in codon 61 can also be analyzed. There are numerous mutations in the K-ras gene.

We are actively developing the test to address the most popular mutations.
