Automation for Microwave Assisted Organic Synthesis
Biotage® Initiator+ can be upgraded from a single-sample manual format to an automated 8- or 60-position system. The modular design allows a user to add on different automated sample processors dependent on throughput requirements.
Biotage® SNAP Bio flash cartridges were developed with a small particle size (20 μm) and large pore size (300 Å) to provide increased resolution and the effective separation of complex peptide mixtures.
Reversed-phase flash chromatography is a very effective purification technique. Its main application areas include polar, ionizable and highly lipophilic compounds which cannot easily be separated by normal-phase techniques.
Biotage® KP-NH chemistry shields synthetic organic amines from acidic silanols providing improved selectivity, peak shape, purity and yield. Unlike traditional silica and 1° amine (propyl amine) bonded silica, Biotage KP-NH doesn’t require the use of chlorinated solvents or amine additives.
Biotage SNAP Ultra flash chromatography cartridges deliver the highest purification performance available. Packed with Biotage® HP-Sphere™ spherical silica, these cartridges have the highest loading capacity, lowest backpressure and can withstand high flow rates.
Designed for high throughput laboratories, the Biotage® SPE Dry 96 and Biotage®SPE Dry 96 Dual Sample Concentrator Systems provide efficient solvent evaporation in microplate format and are compatible with 24-, 96- and 384-well collection plates. Heated gas flow from above and below the collection plate ensures efficient solvent evaporation.
Biotage® V-10 Touch rapidly dries samples dissolved in both aqueous and organic solvents. It easily evaporates HPLC fractions from purification, high boiling point solvents from synthesis and features a novel dry-down onto silica technique for easier dry load capabilities prior to purification.
Biotage® VacMaster™ Sample Processing Manifolds allow up to 10 (VacMaster-10) or 20 (VacMaster-20) SPE or filtration columns to be processed simultaneously under vacuum. Unused ports are sealed when not required. Easy to use vacuum controls provide excellent sample flow control, leading to reproducible, reliable extraction conditions.
Biotage® VacMaster™-96 sample processing manifold has been designed with the needs of the bioanalytical scientist in mind. This manifold is ideal when processing 96-well SPE, supported liquid extraction or protein precipitation plates either manually or with an automated liquid handling system.
ideal for working with up to 20 samples in parallel
FlashVac Sample Processing Manifolds are used to process the complete range of ISOLUTE work-up columns. The manifolds can be used for Catch & Release and scavenging SPE, filtration, and off-line sample loading prior to flash chromatography.
Biotage® SNAP are designed with the ability to dry load a sample within the cartridge. Sometimes, the amount of adsorbent required exceeds the cartridge’s dry load capacity, or in the case of some formats, the dry loading needs to be external. When that situation arises, the Biotage DLV systems provide a convenient in-line solution.
