What is Included?

First Year Maintenance Plan (FYMP)

Adds a Preventative Maintenance visit and preferential response time of 3 business days* to your standard warranty. Also includes costs for initial installation and training upon delivery of your new Biotage equipment.

Priority Service Agreement

Includes one Preventative Maintenance visit. In case of a breakdown, you will receive a 3 days* preferential response time as well as free Labor, Travel and Service Parts.

Limited Service Agreement

Includes one Preventative Maintenance visit. In case of a breakdown, you will receive a 5 days* preferential response time as well as free Labor and Travel. Service Parts not included in PM checklist come with a 25% discount.
